- Facilities management including health and safety requirements, infection prevention and control requirements in a healthcare setting.
- Management and delivery of projects to improve standards or make significant changes within buildings.
- Management of cleaning staff or cleaning contractors including cleaning audits, standardisation of cleaning standards and taking corrective actions where cleaning standards are not being met.
- Lead role in the preparation of risk management statements, risk assessments, escalation of risks and the on-going review and implementation of controls to reduce risks within buildings.
- Strong planning and organisation skills including, structuring and organising own work-load and that of others effectively
- Full Clean Drivers Licence. Access to own appropriate transport is essential to fulfil the requirements of the role as the post will involve travel across sites within the IHA.
