We are working with a leading Dublin law firm seeking a Senior Associate (Corporate) to join its expanding corporate practice. This is a key hire for the firm’s Dublin office, offering the chance to work on complex transactions while supporting the growth of a dynamic team.

The Role

• Lead and manage corporate transactions from start to finish
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees
• Advise clients on strategic corporate and commercial matters
• Contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth

About You

• Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ corporate law experience in Ireland
• Strong background in M&A and commercial transactions
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and within teams
• Excellent academic and professional track record
