Corporate Services Executive/transaction Manager

Description:

Barden has been engaged by an international professional services provider to identify a Corporate Services Executive to join its transactions management team in Dublin.

The company operates a hybrid working model with 3 days onsite in the Dublin office.

THE ROLE

• Transaction management for a portfolio of structured finance and aircraft leasing special purpose vehicles (SPVs);
• Onboard new clients/transactions;
• Lead client board meetings.

THE PERSON

• 4+ years of experience in a similar/relevant legal, company secretarial, transaction management or corporate administration role is essential;
• ICSA qualification or studies would be an advantage;
• Excellent communication and client facing skills and experience.
