In this critical role, you'll lead the creative and digital teams while managing traffic and marketing operations from end to end. You’ll oversee internal workflows, resource allocation, and project systems to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. You’ll drive digital performance, guide UX/UI and content strategy, and produce high-impact assets across channels from SEO and social to packaging and print. A natural collaborator and mentor, you’ll foster cross-functional alignment, streamline execution, and elevate creative output. Experience with tools like HubSpot and Monday.com is essential, along with a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership instincts, and a data-driven mindset.
