Data Delivery Lead

MCS Group is working exclusively with a client on a major transformation programme. They are looking for an experienced Data Delivery Lead to play a key role in a large-scale data and CIS implementation.

This is a high-profile, client-facing role where you will sit between senior business stakeholders, data architects, technical delivery teams and implementation partners, helping take the programme from discovery through to delivery.
 

The role
 

• • Lead delivery across a complex data transformation and CIS implementation
  • Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Coordinate technical teams, delivery partners and wider project stakeholders
  • Drive programme governance, planning, risks, dependencies and milestones
  • Work closely with data architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical and deliverable
  • Support data migration activity from planning and mapping through to validation and cutover
  • Keep delivery moving across multiple workstreams and teams
     
• What we are looking for

   

  • • Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation or migration programmes
    • Exceptional senior client stakeholder management skills
    • Strong data architecture experience and the ability to work credibly with technical teams
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
    • Strong experience across enterprise data migration, data quality and governance
    • Previous CIS implementation experience is essential
    • Comfortable managing complex delivery across internal teams, third parties and offshore resource
