Delivery Lead

Description:

• Overall accountable & responsible for the delivery of NFT services (Performance, Application & Infrastructure testing/background)
• Should have more than 15 years of experience in testing and should have at least should have done the overall NFT delivery lead role for more than 5 years
• Should have the capability to do the NFT assessment for the new projects/programs
• Plan Resource Management at various roles across projects/programs
• Liaise with NFT architects and ensure Bank standards, frameworks follows
• Primary Skill Tools used -LoadRunner/Performance Center (generally),Jmeter
• Performance monitoring tools exp (Anypoint, AppDynamics,Sitescope)
• Team Management, Mentoring, Coaching and Operational support to team
• Manage the NFT Testing budget
• NFT Issue/Escalation Management
• Manage and develop direct reports to ensure continuity of team and knowledge.
• Ensuring that accurate and timely forecasts are prepared to facilitate strategic planning
• Test Process governance and adherence to test quality process
• Accountable for Test Metrics, KPIs and Continuous improvements
• Has to be technically sound to provide guidance & do hands-on work (if required)
• Test assessment, Test Planning/Strategizing & review, Hands-on/Trouble shooting any technical issues
• Front ending with the customer & drive the projects, Publish DSR/WSR
• Has the resource worked dedicatedly on perf only or not ? - i.e # of projects he has worked. If 5 yrs, at least 5 projects the resources should have worked
• Manage RAID and mitigation plan.
