Description:
    
Optimize Recruitment are working with an established construction industry client based in the South Tipperary area to recruit an experienced Design Office administrator.
Duties:
	- Handling email and phone inquiries and other forms of written correspondence.
 
	- Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
 
	- Managing the travel plans, appointments, and agendas of managers.
 
	- Taking inventory and replacing office supplies when necessary.
 
	- Submitting reports and preparing presentations and general research.
 
	- Creating and updating databases for various forms of data, including personnel and financial information.
 
	- Taking minutes in staff meetings.
 
	- Data entry to MS Excel.
 
	- Printing and photocopying business documents.
 
	- Sending calendar invites and booking meeting rooms and facilities for conferences.
 
	- Be flexible in relation to possible variations in duties from time to time as outlined by your line manager in line with business requirements.
 
	- Fully participate and co-operate in all areas of Health & Safety
 
Requirements:
	- 3 + years’ experience in a similar role
 
	- Previous experience within the construction industry would be beneficial.
 
	- Outstanding active listening skills, to enable you to help staff members.
 
	- Work well as part of a team and delegate tasks, create a plan, and update senior colleagues on progress.
 
	- Attention to Detail: Some tasks require a good eye for detail, such as data entry, proofreading, and making travel arrangements.
 
	- Excellent working knowledge of specific computer applications and software.
