Devops Engineer

Summary: At SAP Signavio we are expanding our product development team in SAP Dublin. We develop scalable SaaS solutions in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You’ll also work together with product management, designers, and QA to ensure product success. In this role you will be working in a cross-functional team who values trust, respect and diversity. The Role

• Understand and improve current effort and cost structure of system/tenant operations (TCO)
• Own and maintain technical standards and frameworks
• Support colleagues through knowledge transfer and hands-on support to remove blocks
• Define future automation strategy and model
• Ensure smooth operations and maximize uptime
• Strong alignment with engineering and product management as well as other service groups
• Coordinate effective delivery of System Landscape support core tasks in the assigned functional areas of responsibility
• Independent assurance of effective system operations along the software lifecycle
• Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes
• Provides regular project status and updates to management

Role Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in DevOps within product engineering
• Experience with CI/CD related topics and experienced in working with Jenkins pipelines
• Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker and GIT
• Extensive experience in software engineering
• Professional Training & Certification in relevant areas
