Director Of Maintenance

As the Global Maintenance and Asset Management Director, you will be at the forefront of our operations, responsible for leading and directing all global Maintenance and Asset Management programs.

Your role will involve developing, implementing, and sustaining a global approach for Maintenance, Asset Management, and Replacement Strategy.

You will drive initiatives ensuring successful execution, achieve given targets in risk mitigation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize facilities and equipment repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct all Global Maintenance and Asset Management programs.
• Develop and implement global strategies for Maintenance, Asset Management, and Replacement Strategy.
• Optimize plant shutdown initiatives and ensure consistency across the sites.
• Drive the annual Maintenance Capex budget process and periodic reviews.
• Implement Global Spare Parts Management program.
• Lead SAP PM projects for Global Engineering, collaborating with sites and Engineering Network.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance and Engineering, with at least 5 years in global team management.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams at manufacturing sites and global headquarters.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience with relevant regulations such as 21CFR Parts 210, 211, GLP, and GMP preferred.
