My client, a leading global law firm with a strong international presence, is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join their Dublin office.

The Role:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse range of domestic and international clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will be advising on a broad spectrum of issues, including:

• Day-to-day HR advice and support
• Employment litigation (Workplace Relations Commission and High Court)
• Workplace investigations
• Employment aspects of M&A and outsourcing
• Global mobility and cross-border employment issues
• Executive compensation and restrictive covenants
• Strategic projects, such as global change management and gender pay gap reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with solid experience in employment law gained at a reputable Irish or international firm. You will possess:
