• 3–5 years’ experience in business administration, real estate, finance, or technology
• Proven experience in ERP project management, implementation, or consulting roles
• Strong technical expertise in Yardi Voyager and related modules (e.g., Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Lease Manager, Fixed Assets, Investment Accounting, RentCafé Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong documentation/reporting ability
