Barden are delighted to be working with a client of ours to help identify an Executive Assistant to join the team on a full-time permanent basis in Dublin City.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Provide executive and administrative support to two members of the senior leadership team.
• Full responsibility of local and global calendar, coordination of meetings, events, and other ad-hoc activities as necessary.
• Organisation of all travel arrangements; including flights/hotels/accommodation, itinerary and visa requirements.
• Assist senior members of the group on project management activities.
• Management of CRM.
• Assist with presentations with senior leadership team as necessary.
• Ad-hoc office administration as required.
• Collaborate with the broader business to deliver administrative support across operations.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 3+ years in a similar working environment.
• Comprehensive PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, ever-changing environment.
