Finance Business Partnering Manager

A diverse role, you will get exposure to finance business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting, financial analysis, monthly projections and much more.

This role will suit a results and commercially driven qualified accountant with 3 - 5 years’ PQE. Financial analysis experience is essential.

The Role:

• Monthly forecasting and analysis
• Identifying gaps between budget and forecast
• KPI analysis for for business initiatives
• Ad-hoc presentations to management and senior stakeholders
• Conduct periodic financial reviews and agree on actions to be taken
• Involvement in preparing the annual budget
• Involvement in other ad-hoc projects
• Ability to manage a team to deliver best in class support

The Person:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• 3-5 Years PQE
• Experience in financial analysis or financial planning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working cross functionally and collaborating with business partners
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
