We're seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in digital fraud detection, data analysis, and cybersecurity.
The Role: You'll begin by supporting quality assurance and reporting on fraud alerts, ensuring consistency with procedures. As you gain experience, you'll transition into investigating fraud events, identifying emerging threats, and helping improve detection and prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform QA on daily fraud alerts
  • Produce regular reports on alert volumes and QA results
  • Investigate abnormal activity and potential threats
  • Identify fraud trends and recommend prevention measures
  • Stay current on malware and security vulnerabilities
  • Communicate findings and risks to stakeholders


Required Skills

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Experience working with large data sets and data analysis tools
  • Ability to identify anomalies and extract insights from data
  • Understanding of common application security vulnerabilities

Desired Skills

  • Experience with Splunk or similar tools
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, or threat intelligence platforms
  • Knowledge of web application security or development
  • Scripting/programming experience (e.g., Python, SQL)
