Global Tax Director

You will work closely with senior leadership on complex global projects including M&A, financing structures, group reorganisations, and tax optimisation strategies. Role and Reporting Lines

This is a senior position reporting directly to the Group Head of Tax. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading global direct and indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Advising senior stakeholders on M&A, financing, restructuring, and repatriation strategies
• Monitoring international tax developments and implementing appropriate responses
• Aligning tax reporting with evolving business operations and commercial activity
• Collaborating with legal, finance, and corporate development teams to deliver efficient tax solutions
