Group Finance Manager

Barden are delighted to have been asked to act exclusively on behalf of a fast growing international business to support the appointment of a Group Finance Manager.

This role will report to the CFO and lead the group finance function, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting, strong controls, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires quarterly international travel to support group operations and engage with overseas finance teams.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting under IFRS.
• Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury activities, and external banking relationships.
• Manage external audit processes and ensure robust internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and stock exchange reporting requirements.
• Provide leadership and development to international finance teams, driving a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Travel internationally each quarter to review financial operations and strengthen local controls.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent), with 3-5 years PQE.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidations.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency structures.
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Enjoy travelling.
