Description:

We're hiring a Founding GTM Lead for a disruptive, VC-backed SaaS company operating in the eCommerce space.

 

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of revenue at a high-growth startup.

 

You’ll work directly with the founding team and build the go-to-market engine from the ground up.

 

There’s a lean GTM structure in place - BDR, Marketing, and CS - but you’ll lead, optimise, and scale the full function.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and rebuild the entire sales motion (inbound + outbound)
  • Run full-cycle sales: discovery, closing, and post-sale handover
  • Design pipeline stages, CRM process, and sales enablement assets
  • Collaborate with marketing to scale top-of-funnel efforts
  • Work closely with founders on pricing, strategy, and positioning
  • Coach and develop the BDR function
  • Be the commercial voice across sales, product, and customer success

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • High-performing AE or Sales Manager
  • Experience selling SaaS into the eCommerce space
  • Proven ability to build and roll out GTM systems and playbooks
  • Startup experience - you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • A systems thinker who can also close - strategy and execution in one
