Requirements for the role:

• The right candidate will have a minimum of 2years experience in a similar role or looking to make the jump from sous or senior chef
• Fully trained and certified in HACCP.
• Full understanding of budgeting and labour cost.
• Ideally the right candidate would have a creative licence to create new menus and deliver the finest food West Cork has to offer.
• We are looking for a passionate person to be a leader to a really busy kitchen environment.
