Head of Finance

This is a high-impact leadership role at the centre of financial oversight, commercial insight, and strategic enablement. The Head of Finance will lead all financial management functions, ensuring robust financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The role exists to build a high-performing finance function that supports strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and organisational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership Governance

• Lead all budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and strong risk management.
• Enhance Board-level reporting to support strategic financial conversations.
• Present financial insights to the Board, CEO, and senior leadership.
• Lead capital raising initiatives with government agencies, pillar banks, and external investors.

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Collaborate closely with Operations and Commercial teams to provide financial guidance and analysis.
• Support feasibility assessments for RD, regulatory projects, and capital investment proposals.
• Contribute to MA activities including due diligence, integration and investment planning.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, procedures, and internal controls.
