Personal Lines Account Executive

Description:

As a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor, you will work closely with clients both face-to-face and over the phone to provide personalized insurance solutions. You will play a key role in generating new business, managing existing policies, and ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with a background in personal insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and secure new business across various personal insurance lines, including motor, home, farm, van, health, and marine policies.
• Process client policy queries and amendments efficiently, meeting their specific needs.
• Support the annual renewal process to maintain strong client retention rates.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks associated with personal lines policies.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling by actively discussing additional insurance needs with clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and provide flexible support as needed.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working in a personal insurance environment or experience in the insurance industry.
• APA minimum or working towards the APA.
• A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
