Outcomes
- Define our medium and long term hiring strategy; deliver thoughtful strategic workforce planning for new business areas, new capabilities and new geographies
- Create and manage the processes that will deliver this strategy; metrics, software, reporting, operations and analytics
- Define the structure and capabilities of the hiring team that will support you. And then hire who you need
- Identify and implement new strategies to drive growth and increase quality in inbound applications including development of partnerships with relevant educational institutions
- Strengthen our employee value proposition and employer branding positioning. Work with our HR and Marketing teams to craft a strong narrative that resonates with the companies target employees
- Deliver on the recruiting targets for the business and work closely with the other company teams to align on needs and expectations
- Operate as a hands-on member of the leadership team
- Utilising external agency support for talent assistance regarding hiring

- Really clear communicator and able to convey POV concisely to candidates and the rest of the management team
