Outcomes

  • Define our medium and long term hiring strategy; deliver thoughtful strategic workforce planning for new business areas, new capabilities and new geographies
  • Create and manage the processes that will deliver this strategy; metrics, software, reporting, operations and analytics
  • Define the structure and capabilities of the hiring team that will support you. And then hire who you need
  • Identify and implement new strategies to drive growth and increase quality in inbound applications including development of partnerships with relevant educational institutions
  • Strengthen our employee value proposition and employer branding positioning. Work with our HR and Marketing teams to craft a strong narrative that resonates with the companies target employees
  • Deliver on the recruiting targets for the business and work closely with the other company teams to align on needs and expectations
  • Operate as a hands-on member of the leadership team
  • Utilising external agency support for talent assistance regarding hiring

  • Data-driven and strategically minded with the ability to analyse hiring data and make adjustments to drive impact
  • Strong mapping and research disposition
  • Really clear communicator and able to convey POV concisely to candidates and the rest of the management team
  • Someone who can not only get stuff done, but also can decide what not to do
  • Defines self as a “builder” who wants to grow a scale-up business
