Elevate Partners are currently working on an exclusive basis with a high growth Investment Banking firm who, due to ambitious growth plans are currently looking to hire a HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Directors and play a key role in the firms plans to build out the team across multiple disciplines. We are looking to speak with candidates who have a track record managing high volume recruitment growth projects and strong stakeholder management experience.

The role:

• Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices
• Mentor managers on employee development best practices
• Responsible for administering performance management program
• Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
• Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
