Hr Program & Operations Specialist

 

Description:

Design and drive effective implementation of strategic HR programs and projects. Act as the SME supporting teams, applying deep expertise and knowledge. Manages and leads a team of employees. Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.

Job Duties:

 

  • Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
     
  • Degree of difficulty of an assignment or the level of problem solving assessment and resolution required, as measured by degree of problem solving, strategic vs. routine focus, and stakeholder interactions e.g. Executives, Supervisor, etc.
     
  • Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
     
  • Interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interaction with clients and or Accenture management.
     
  • Demonstrates speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work and an ability to ramp up quickly
     
  • Power to influence or complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions, as measured by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision making ability Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.
     
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
     
  • Focuses, motivates and inspires the team in a goal and results orientated way by driving optimum individual and team performance in order to deliver against agreed KPIs and targets.
     
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
     
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
     
  • Communicates deadlines and goals to team members
     
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
     
  • Works on developing, measuring, and documenting improved efficiencies in workflow and system processes
     
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
     
  • Delivers 1:1 conversations with Team members to address performance, work on development and any other item
     
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
     
  • Interacts with Client answering enquiries and effectively handling Client’s ad-hoc tasks
     
  • Works with flexibility to ensure achievement of SLA and Client’s satisfaction
     
  • Degree of accountability for assigned tasks, our clients and or the organization, as measured by size of work effort and scale of entity and or program Individual contributor and or oversees a small work effort and or team
     
  • Manages benefits for EMEA region
     
  • Works with Suppliers in Region to perform annual renewal for Benefits, including vendor and benefit changes
     
  • Will need to spend 90% of time in managing benefit programs. Experienced in benefit renewal, implement a new benefit i.e set up on our benefit platform, understand how it works, test sets ups, review contract, manage all internal functions on a set up
     
  • Manages the database , files, and data for the assigned countries.
     
  • Partner with the Benefits Manager to operationalize new global and regional programs
     
  • Manages complex cases – complex multi-vendor/internal systems, data, and processes.
     
  • Ongoing review of complex cases , and assess what can be transitioned to other teams
     
  • Manage the ongoing vendor management and administration of various benefit programs, including program analysis and recommendations.

     
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months of leadership experience, degree in HR preferred
