Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • IT Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for all internal IT queries and issues.
  • Manage external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and value.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and core business systems (e.g., CRM, financial platforms).
  • Maintain compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
  • Support ongoing system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Review and update IT policies and procedures as required.
  • Project Management
  • Plan, lead, and deliver strategic projects across various departments (e.g., compliance, finance, client services).
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track project progress and report status to senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and change management.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • 3–5 years’ experience in IT management and/or project management, preferably within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable.
