We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join our sales team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a target-driven environment with a competitive monthly commission and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales to meet and exceed individual targets
• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
• Build strong rapport with customers to ensure long-term relationships
• Accurately update customer information in the applied relay system
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing high-quality service
• Process leads, quotations, and new business policies with attention to detail

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of applied systems (Relay) is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance
• APA qualification is required
