Inventory Demand Manager

Principle has partnered with a market-leading innovative consumer-based company committed to excellence in supply chain management. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join the team as an Inventory Demand Manager. This is a critical role that involves overseeing the implementation of a Forecasting and replenishment suite of Supply Chain tools and subsequently transitioning into the role of Inventory/Demand Manager.

An Overview of Your Responsibilities:

• Manage F&R Providers: Oversee the implementation of the Forecasting & Replenishment suite, ensuring alignment with the project plan.
• System Integration Management: Collaborate with System Integration partners for the designated area of responsibility.
• Product Categorization & Inventory Policy: Determine product categorization and develop an effective inventory policy for the business.
• Configuration of F&R Suite: Configure the Forecasting & Replenishment suite in accordance with the established inventory policy.
• Supply Chain Planning: Plan for the movement of goods from Factory to Warehouse and Warehouse to Stores, though execution will not be within the scope.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in all key elements of Front-End Supply Chain Management, including Inventory and Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization/Modelling, Replenishment, Pricing, and cash flow.
• High-Volume Supply Chain Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in high-volume supply chains with large SKUs.
• Proven track record in successfully managing Forecasting and replenishment tools implementation.
• Project management skills with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
