Investment Manager

Description:

The role will focus on identifying, evaluating and securing investing opportunities, managing the process from initial sourcing through acquisition and early-stage development, working closely with internal investment, planning, technical and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and assess new land opportunities, including off-market and strategic sites
• Undertake feasibility analysis, site appraisals and market research
• Lead negotiations on land acquisitions, options and contracts
• Coordinate planning, technical, environmental and legal due diligence
• Prepare acquisition papers and investment recommendations
• Manage stakeholder engagement with landowners, agents and local authorities
• Support the transition from acquisition into the development phase

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in land acquisition, development or real estate investment
• Strong understanding of Irish planning, zoning and development processes
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability
• Commercially minded, with experience assessing risk and preparing investment cases
• Degree in property, planning, real estate or a related discipline preferred
• Chartered Surveyor (RICS etc.) beneficial
