Description:
The role will focus on identifying, evaluating and securing investing opportunities, managing the process from initial sourcing through acquisition and early-stage development, working closely with internal investment, planning, technical and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and assess new land opportunities, including off-market and strategic sites
- Undertake feasibility analysis, site appraisals and market research
- Lead negotiations on land acquisitions, options and contracts
- Coordinate planning, technical, environmental and legal due diligence
- Prepare acquisition papers and investment recommendations
- Manage stakeholder engagement with landowners, agents and local authorities
- Support the transition from acquisition into the development phase
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience in land acquisition, development or real estate investment
- Strong understanding of Irish planning, zoning and development processes
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management capability
- Commercially minded, with experience assessing risk and preparing investment cases
- Degree in property, planning, real estate or a related discipline preferred
- Chartered Surveyor (RICS etc.) beneficial
