It Support Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Level 1/2 IT Support Engineer to join a well-established construction firm based in South Dublin. This is a hands-on role supporting approximately 130 users across the business.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing Office 365 environments.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in IT support (Level 1/2)
• Strong experience with Office 365 and desktop support
• Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills
• Full driving licence (required for occasional site visits)
