They are searching for a skilled and motivated individual dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide thorough technical assistance to end-users using different communication channels such as phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Set up, arrange, and uphold a diverse array of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Efficiently handle and prioritise support inquiries utilising a strong ticketing system.
  
   

Qualifications:
 

• At least 4 years of background in a technical support position
• Proficiency in managing enterprise-level technologies like O365, Active Directory, Exchange, and similar systems
• Demonstrated aptitude in analytical thinking and problem-solving, facilitating effective troubleshooting and resolution of intricate problems
