Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Engineer to provide technical support, manage infrastructure & project work, and help deliver IT support & installation services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experienced in troubleshooting common IT problems, have experience configuring windows based systems, have experience using M365 admin panel including Entra, Intune, Defender & Sharepoint, have experience troubleshooting network connectivity problems, have experience installing routers, firewalls, switches. It is very important that the candidate can work by themselves. The role involves visiting client sites as needed on a daily basis and helping with technical problems / settings up new hardware & software systems. A full driving license is important as the role is 40% in office, 60% on client sites.
