We have partnered with our client, to recruit an Irish Qualified In-House Solicitor or Lawyer for their established Legal team in Dublin.

Our client is seeking an experienced Debt Recovery/Debt Collection specialist Solicitor, someone who can “hit the ground running”, managing a large number of Debt Recovery cases at District, Circuit & High court.

Reporting to Senior Management, for this key hire, the candidate will have full responsibility for leading, managing and ensuring optimum operation of the Legal Debt Recovery function and team.

Key Areas of Experience & Focus for this role are;

• Irish Qualified Solicitor with a Min. 2 Years + PQE in practice or In-House Role.
• Debt Collection / Debt Recovery experience [Essential]
• Experience from recognised Debt Recovery firm [Ideal]
• Provision of General Legal Advice, including;
• Commercial Contracts Drafting
• Data Protection
• Deadline driven, ability to work without supervision.
• Staff Supervision and management experience desirable.
• Strong Communication/Interpersonal skills and ability to manage Debt Recovery function.
