Legal Assistant (Portuguese Speaking ) Contract Role Cork Hybrid 3 days onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to the legal team, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and other day-to-day tasks.
- Draft, prepare, and file legal documents with precision. Ensure the resolution of administrative errors in a timely manner.
- Support reporting functionalities by leveraging MS Word and other MS Office Suite applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth legal operations.
- Maintain organized and accessible records to support a high-functioning legal environment.
- Skills and Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office Suite tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reporting tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Portuguese
