Legal Assistant (Portuguese Speaking ) Contract Role Cork Hybrid 3 days onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the legal team, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Draft, prepare, and file legal documents with precision. Ensure the resolution of administrative errors in a timely manner.
  • Support reporting functionalities by leveraging MS Word and other MS Office Suite applications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth legal operations.
  • Maintain organized and accessible records to support a high-functioning legal environment.
  • Skills and Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and other MS Office Suite tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and reporting tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Portuguese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in litigation or corporate law is highly desirable.
  • A highly driven individual who thrives in dynamic and innovative work settings.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the broader goals of a collaborative legal team.
