Legal Counsel

Description:

You will advise on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements. You will also provide input on M&A and joint ventures, as well as support on corporate governance, regulation and compliance.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 2-4 years’ PQE with a strong grounding in corporate/commercial law.
• Qualified in Ireland with top tier or international law firm experience.
• A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgment.
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
