• As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in responding to legal and policy inquiries, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational processes.
• Working closely with internal partners and external stakeholders, you will help manage workflows, assist in identifying process deficiencies, and provide essential support to leadership and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond clearly to process and policy questions from external parties and internal partners.
• Identify legal deficiencies in processes and assist in resolving policy misalignments.
• Conduct thorough research and leverage data to support escalations and operational risk analysis.
• Assist full-time employees (FTEs) with operational projects and workflow management.
• Support leadership with requests for operational workstreams and other tasks as needed.
