Our client, a leading financial services institution , are seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team in Dublin.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance Monitoring, the incumbent will be responsible for delivery of high-quality compliance monitoring across the group.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake testing, identify issues and work towards resolution in a timely manner.
• Draft reports and liaise with compliance advisory teams.
• Maintain compliance monitoring plans.
• Provide support to the Head Of Compliance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years' experience gained in compliance monitoring or audit within financial services.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify gaps or weaknesses across various sectors.
• Qualification from the Compliance Institute of Ireland or equivalent.
