New Product Introduction Specialis

Description:

*Design and develop innovative and high-quality cosmetic formulations.

*Support our Senior Cosmetic Formulation Chemist and lead the scale-up process of laboratory formulations to full production, ensuring consistency and quality.

*Work with our marketing team to understand consumer needs and translate them into new product ideas.

*Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure all products comply with local and international cosmetic regulations.

*Prepare technical documents, including product specifications, formulation procedures, and safety assessments.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related science field.

*1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.

*A basic understanding of cosmetic ingredients.

*Experience in product development, formulation, and optimization is preferred.

*A solid ability to manage relationships with clients and suppliers.

*Working knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

* Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* Research and analysis skills.
