Production Planner

Description:

We are hiring a Production Planner to join our clients' on site team in Kildare. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years’ planning experience in a manufacturing environment. A valid working visa is required to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate material availability
• Work closely with procurement, operations, and logistics teams
• Adjust plans to reflect changes in demand, supply, or capacity
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement in planning processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a planning role within manufacturing
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be based on-site
• Must hold a valid working visa
