Operations Manager

 

Description:

In this role you will lead a hard-working team who will carry out complex mortgage queries within turnaround times to ensure excellent customer service.

This team supports not only Customer Delivery but also the wider Home Buying team supporting colleagues with complex queries, sharing knowledge providing key inputs to various queries and scenarios.

In this role, you will:

  • Have full oversight of team activities ensuring all SLA's/KPI's are met and all customer requests carried out in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be a strong communicator within a team to ensure engagement / Have Shown People Management experience including oversight performance appraisal process, performance improvement plans.
  • Strong Leadership Skills ensuring your team are committed and engaged with Group key values and strategic priorities.
