Description:
Montash is collaborating with a Global Organization leading the way in data-driven innovation. We are in search of a Solution Architect who will play a pivotal role in championing and supporting the implementation of Data Mesh across the entire business. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in shaping and supporting an array of data strategies, plans, and solutions, with a strong emphasis on ensuring the seamless rollout of data initiatives across the critical domains of the business.
Tasks:
- Collaborate with product managers, data, and digital professionals to formulate technology strategy and roadmap.
- Create cross-cutting solution designs and architecture patterns to expedite the delivery of data and AI solutions.
- Assist delivery teams in product solution architectures and conduct architecture and solution design reviews.
- Lead technology selection, assessment, and contribute to implementation roadmaps for the technology stack.
- Guide key design decisions and solution investigations.
- Support Data Governance initiatives with technical architecture, emphasizing a Data Mesh implementation (e.g., Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Modeling).
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as an application/data/solution/enterprise architect with a proven ability to develop technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Expertise in designing, scaling, and securing modern, cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of integration architecture patterns at the data, application, and service layers.
- Broad technical experience with data and analytics stacks, including data modeling, infrastructure solutions, and familiarity with SQL and big data tooling.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Data Mesh architecture, data science platforms, advanced analytics application development, and AI/ML solutions lifecycle.
- DevOps mindset and experience with Git, CI/CD, and deployment environments.
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a global and multicultural environment.
- Passion for data and analytics, with a commitment to driving data value across all parts of an organization and ecosystems.
Additional Notes:
- The client has a data team responsible for servicing the entire business.
- The main challenge is servicing across all domains (Including HR, Sales).
- Experience in Data Mesh implementation across an enterprise level business
- Expertise in AWS, with all AWS services used within data, including SageMaker and Snowflake.
- Focus on Data Mesh principles.
- Proven track record as a Principal Solution Architect or Solution Architect.
