Our internship placements will start early January 2025 and run on a full-time basis until the end of August 2025.
Location: For these positions, we are considering candidates who are happy to work from our Galway office on a hybrid basis.
Your Internship at Genesys:
- Our internships will allow you to work on all aspects of product management. We are looking for dynamic undergraduates who would be excited to work in an innovative, fun, and diverse environment building hosted SaaS applications at the convergence of Customer Care and Big Data.
- We will not put you in the corner to read manuals – you will learn how to build real-world products and understand how a real-world software development team functions. Many of our past interns have returned to work with us full-time after graduation!
- The Data Platform Product Manager Intern will work closely with our Product Management and Engineering teams to support the development of our Data Platform. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management within a data-centric environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and loves working with data.
