Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Project Engineering Lead for an exciting opportunity to manage a significant carbon reduction program involving heat pump installation and utilities upgrade. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver a multi-million Euro project focused on energy and carbon reduction targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects within a regulated environment and a keen interest in developing skills in a live pharmaceutical production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of heat pump and utilities upgrade projects.
• Manage procurement and acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Communicate project goals, progress, and issues effectively.
• Support team members in overcoming project challenges.
• Deliver performance metrics for budget, schedule, scope, and quality.

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of cGMP pharmaceutical environment.
