Project Manager

Description:

We are working with a leading construction company delivering high-profile projects across Ireland who are looking for an experienced CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) Project Manager. The role is to start immediately for a 2 - 4 month period based in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CSA package on a major project, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CSA scope of works including civil, structural, and architectural packages.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP and wider project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain project reporting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant construction or engineering degree (preferred).
