Public, Regulatory & Investigations Lawyer

Description:

The successful candidate will join an innovative Regulatory & Investigations team, handling complex matters across administration law, regulatory compliance, and statutory investigations. The individual will advise clients on a range of issues including data privacy and information law.

Responsibilities include assisting in judicial review and statutory appeals, drafting legal opinions and litigation documents, while guiding and supporting public bodies on a variety of matters.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ PQE;
• Public or regulatory law experience;
• Strong academic background;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and as a team;
• Technically excellent;
• Team player;
• Client-focused.
