Description:
This Quality Control Laboratory Technician role requires previous experience in a QC laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for analytical operations including SOP optimisation, method validation, sample analysis and leading a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Author, review and approve standard operating procedures
- Perform analytical tests according to SOPs (TOC, EC, ICP-MS, Endotoxin and TBC)
- Maintain accurate and relevant records of samples and testing to ensure traceability
- Ensure all testing is completed in a timely manner
- Leading laboratory investigations/out of specification investigations
- Help manage laboratory calibration and PM schedule
- Ensure compliance to the IS0 17025 standard at all times
- Identification and implementation of lab continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide assistance with laboratory audit preparation activities where required
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology or relevant scientific discipline
- 1 yr experience in a GMP laboratory
- Knowledge of LIMS
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical ability and trouble shooting skills
- Full time onsite
