A+F Recruitment is pleased to be partnering again with a mid-tier accountancy firm in Waterford to recruit a qualified accountant to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a growing accounting team at an exciting time in their growth journey. The successful candidate will be mid-way through their ACCA or ACA exams and receive full support to complete their qualification.

Responsibilities

• Finalising accounts for a wide portfolio of clients across many industries
• Delivery of Audit assignments
• Filing of VAT, income tax & corporation tax returns
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence.
• Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Qualified ACA/ ACCA
• 3-5 years experience in an Accountancy practice in Ireland
• Fluent English - written and spoken
