Quality Manager

Description:

NexVentur is currently recruiting a Quality Manager for a leading construction company, working on projects across the Western Region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established construction team and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders throughout all stages of construction.

What You’ll Do

• Promote a “Right First Time” quality culture across the project
• Manage non-conformances, including root cause analysis and close-out
• Inspect and sign off on reworks and corrective actions
• Ensure works meet approved mock-ups and first-of-kind standards
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Carry out site inspections and reporting using Procore
• Monitor compliance with relevant codes, standards and project specifications
• Manage BCAR processes and associated documentation
• Coordinate handover documentation, including O&M manuals and certifications
• Support BREEAM certification and sustainability tracking
• Attend site, client and design meetings, providing quality updates

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Quality, QA/QC, Site Engineering or similar construction role
• Strong understanding of quality systems, inspections and compliance
• Knowledge of BCAR processes is highly desirable
• Experience with Procore or similar platforms is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
