Description:

A leading multinational FS firm based in Dublin are seeking to hire a Senior Quantitative Developer with strong Python and Finance, Math, Quantitative or Trading experince to join the team on a permanent basis. You will help create efficient, scalable, and user-friendly software solutions for the operations and trading business units.

 

You will work closely with traders and internal stakeholders in automating, improving, processes as well as designing and developing applications and tools for a variety of projects across Capital, Risk, Front and Back office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with traders and internal stakeholders in automating, improving, designing and developing applications and tools for a variety of projects across Capital, Risk, Front and Back office.
  • Develop, design, and maintain end-to-end solutions for trading including booking, pricing, and reporting tools utilising Python.
  • Create Risk Reporting tools
  • Data analysis and data management including database management;
  • Build dashboards using React JS and SQL Server tables, queries and Stored Procedures to support monitoring and reporting by the Risk Team.
  • Develop testing tools in Python for checking the integrity of reporting code after every new change.
  • Implemented and delivered automation solutions (Risk, Front Office) in Python in collaboration with other teams and departments
  • Fully manage project lifecycle (planning, execution, validation/testing, monitoring and control)
  • Prepared advanced project documentation, code specifications
