Quantity Surveyor

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial management, cost control, procurement, and subcontractor coordination on a range of exciting projects.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing costs, variations, and valuations
• Working closely with project managers and site teams
• Procurement of subcontractors and materials
• Preparing reports, tracking budgets, and supporting project delivery

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction or fit‑out QS roles
• Someone who enjoys a bit of Cork humour and doesn’t mind hearing “boy” at the end of every sentence
