Description:
Safetynet Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) to join our Homeless Primary Care Team (HPCT) in Dublin.

The role is a mix of inreach and outreach, working across hostels, community settings, and alongside hospital inclusion health teams. It’s fast-paced, varied, and very much grounded in the realities of frontline care.
You’ll be joining a team that is supportive, experienced, and committed to delivering care in a way that is accessible, respectful, and consistent.
