As Sales Director and Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s commercial strategy and long-term growth. This is a dual-role requiring both hands-on sales leadership and strategic partnership at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across multiple sectors.
- Identify and capitalise on new markets, channels, and revenue opportunities.
- Analyse market trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and wider leadership team.
- Contribute to the business’s long-term vision and operational leadership.
About You
- A proven track record in senior sales leadership, ideally in consultancy or B2B services.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
- Experience driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take ownership of the business direction.
- Knowledge of the banking and accounting sectors (preferred).
- Strong IT skills and familiarity with AI-driven business tools (essential).
